Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance pays for a new copy of your order if it is damaged during shipping, and is automatically applied to every order.  

If your order is damaged during shipping, then you can file a claim by contacting us through the green "Get Support" button on the bottom right-hand corner of our site, or by sending an e-mail to info@thegamecrafter.com. Please include the order number and several photographs of the damage (including photos of the shipping box).
