Will Call

Will Call means that you will schedule a time to come to The Game Crafter facility and pick up your order.  The cost for this service is free and you may schedule your pick-up for Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm.

During checkout, you can select Will Call as an option from the drop-down list of available shipping methods:

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail asking you to schedule a will call pick-up time.  The link in the e-mail will take you to a screen where you can select a date and time for your pick-up. 

Once you've scheduled your pick-up, you will see a confirmation screen:

You will also receive an e-mail confirming the date and time for your pick-up:

When you come to pick up your order, go to the door with our logo on it and hit the buzzer for service. Please have your ID and this email in your hand.

**Please note that this option cannot be used to have another shipping company pick up your order.**
