Generally, The Game Crafter ships to any country that UPS and USPS will ship to. There are three exceptions:
1. At this time, we are not able to ship to Brazil, due to restrictions on game-related items.
2. Shipping to Belarus and Russia via both USPS and UPS has been suspended at this time. We do not know when it will be possible to ship orders to these countries.
3. UPS has temporarily suspended shipping to Ukraine. Please select a USPS shipping option if shipping to this country.
If you are shipping internationally, we recommend that you check your country's import restrictions before placing an order. If you are importing prohibited items, Customs may confiscate your package.
Orders are produced on a first-in, first-out basis. If your order is needed by a specific date, please plan accordingly when selecting processing and shipping options. When you place an order, you will receive an estimated ship date, as well as an approximate shipping time based on the shipping method selected.
You can also check our production status page to find an estimate of how long it might take for us to produce your order. You should allow for additional production and shipping time during high order volume periods like holiday seasons.

The following shipping methods are available in general (please note that not all methods will be available for all orders/locations). The times noted are estimates.
|UPS Worldwide Expedited||Delivery usually in 2 to 5 business days after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|UPS Ground||Delivery times vary. Delivered usually in 1-5 business days after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|UPS Next Day Air||12pm the next day after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.||9am the next day after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|UPS Next Day Air Saver||3pm the next day after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|UPS Saver||Delivery usually in 1 to 3 business days after production. It does not include weekends. It is trackable.|
|USPS Ground Advantage||Delivery in 14 to 30 days after production. It is NOT trackable*.|
|USPS First Class Package International Service||Delivery time varies by destination, anywhere from 30 to 60 days after production. It is NOT trackable*.|
|USPS Priority Mail||Delivery in 5 to 15 days after production. It is trackable.|
|USPS Priority Mail Express||Delivery in 1-2 business days after production to most U.S. locations, including delivery on Saturdays. It is trackable.|
|USPS Priority Mail International||Delivery in 15 to 30 business days after production. It is trackable.|
|UPS Mail Innovations||Delivery usually within 20-45 business days after production. It is NOT trackable*. Packages shipped via this method will be delivered by the local post office in the destination country.|
|Will Call||By selecting Will Call, you agree to pick up your order at The Game Crafter facility in Madison, Wisconsin. It will not be shipped to you|
Will Call means that you will schedule a time to come to The Game Crafter facility and pick up your order. The cost for this service is free and you may schedule your pick-up for Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. You can find more information about this service here.
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Fees
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and/or Customs fees may exist on certain international orders. These fees must be paid by the customer as TGC is not responsible for these costs. We are not able to calculate or have customers pay for these costs ahead of time. Local post offices will generally hold the package until any fees or taxes have been paid. TGC cannot legally mark orders as "gifts" under current tax laws.
Not Trackable Shipping Methods
Packages shipped via a tracking method designated as "NOT trackable" will have a tracking number, but you may receive no further tracking information for these packages. (It's common for packages shipped via these methods to not even have a confirmation of acceptance by the shipping carrier.)
With these methods, we have absolutely no way of obtaining additional tracking information beyond what is listed on the tracking page. It is not possible to open inquiries with the shipping carriers for packages shipped via these methods.
For packages shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, the tracking number will change on the package once the package is transferred to the postal service. UPS is not able to provide support or additional information for packages shipped via this method.
